The Sales Executive we dealt with, David Reynolds, was really helpful throughout the whole process. This is my 5th MINI - the 4th from Jardine MINI Milton Keynes - and we have always dealt with David, so we know we are in very good hands.

Given 4 stars as there was confusion about my service plan and what was/was not covered (MOT) and the plan ending. I had to call the plan team to be told it the MK team had not done as expected, then had to call the MK team back, not joined up!
